Dr. Lyle Greenwood, D.O.
Dr. Greenwood is board certified in Family Practice, and completed his training in 2011. He enjoys helping his patients optimize their health and enjoys spending time in the outdoors and being with his family.
Katie O’Brien, D.N.P.
Katie received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Katie is passionate about preventative health and enjoys developing relationships with patients and families while working with them to achieve their health related goals.
Katie speaks English and Spanish. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog.
Tony Gregory, P.A.-C
Tony is a Certified Physician Assistant who studied Health Promotion and Education in his undergrad, then completed his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah.
Tony is currently a Board Certified Physician Assistant and a Nationally Registered Paramedic. Tony loves all aspects and phases of family medicine with special interests in pediatrics. Tony speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Tony enjoys helping people establish and achieve their optimum health.
Personally, Tony enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Nadia Xibille, P.A.-C
Nadia is a Certified Physician Assistant who studied nutrition in her undergrad, then completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada.
Nadia speaks English and Spanish.
Nadia works at Mid-Valley Health Clinic one day a week and is found at our Mobile Medical Clinic Tuesday thru Thursday each week.
Melissa Giron, R.D.H.
Melissa received her Associates of Applied Science with a Major in Dental Hygiene from Salt Lake Community College in May 2016. She has worked throughout the Salt Lake Valley as a Hygienist and aided in increasing the understanding of the importance of dental health in her community.
Melissa is passionate about her career and loves interacting with her patients. She believes dental health is a very important part of overall physical health.
Melissa is fluent in English and Spanish. When Melissa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dogs for a walk.
Dr. Kevin Clifford
Dr. Kevin Clifford was born into a multigenerational dental family. It began with his grandfather, who was a long time dentist in Southern California, and in Utah with his mother, who is currently a hygienist in Southern California.
Dr. Clifford completed his undergrad at Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Portuguese minor, a language he learned while serving a LDS mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He chose to continue his education at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where he was exposed to all facets of dentistry; including operative, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery and pediatrics.
Dr. Kevin loves to travel and has been to nearly 40 countries around the world. You can ask him anything about basketball, baseball and football, and his favorite teams includes the Lakers, Dodgers, USC Trojans, and BYU Cougars. He married his Brazilian wife in 2011, who he met in a Portuguese class at BYU, and they enjoy hiking with their Maltese dog, Snowy, going to the movies and trying new restaurants.
Dr. Scott Farrell
Dr. Farrell is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry and has been a practicing optometrist since 1979. Dr. Farrell is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys working with all ages, but especially enjoys providing corrective eye glasses to children. “It is a absolutely wonderful to see children’s faces light up when they can see clearly for the first time”.
